Why Does My Watch Tracking Pause in the Pocket of My GFI Gear?

Some tracker watches may pause or stop tracking when placed in our uniquely designed pockets. Rest assured, this isn’t an issue with our items—it’s due to the watch’s settings.

Here are some tips to keep your watch tracking smoothly:

Turn off ‘Wrist Detection’: In your watch settings, disabling wrist detection often allows the watch to continue tracking even when it’s in the pocket.

• Warm up your watch: Start your workout tracking on the watch before placing it in the pocket. This can help prevent pauses or interruptions in tracking.

• Check the placement: Ensure the watch is positioned correctly, with the sensors touching your skin where the pocket aperture is located.

Returns & Refunds

Unfortunately, as a small business we are not currently able to offer free returns - however if your goods are faulty we will ensure you receive a replacement free of charge.

For any return requests please email info@gfiactivewear.com with your order number & the reason for return. Please note you have 14 days from delivery of your items to register a refund.
